Dominique Natasha Hinestrosa is poet and writer from ​Los Angeles, CA with Colombian and CHamoru roots.


She graduated from Columbia University in 2024 with ​a degree in creative writing and ethnic studies ​where she was awarded the Dean’s Prize for Creative ​Writing and Outstanding Thesis for her collection of ​poems “O’agang: Tides That Bind.” Her poems have ​been published in Mānoa: A Pacific Journal of ​International Writing and ROOTS: A Journal of ​Ethnicity and Race Studies.


She splits her time between the Allegheny Front in ​Central Pennsylvania and New York City.
